Keys are delivered instantly to your email. Here's how to find yours.
📧 Step 1: Check your inbox
Your key was sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within 30 seconds of payment. Search for an email from noreply@swiftkeys.xyz.
📁 Step 2: Check your spam / junk folder
Email filters sometimes catch automated emails. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Add noreply@swiftkeys.xyz to your safe senders list to prevent this in future.
⏱️ Step 3: Wait a few minutes
In rare cases, email delivery can take up to 5 minutes. If it's been longer than 10 minutes and you've checked all folders, contact us.
✉️ Step 4: Contact us
Email support@swiftkeys.xyz with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend your key or investigate the order manually.
💳 Note: if your card was charged but you received no email at all, contact us immediately at support@swiftkeys.xyz — we'll sort it within the hour.
