✅ Simple version: if your key doesn't work and you haven't redeemed it, we'll replace it or refund you. No hassle.
What We Will Refund or Replace
- A key that is invalid or already been used prior to your purchase
- A key that doesn't match the product you ordered (wrong region, wrong platform)
- A key that produces an error on activation through no fault of your own
What We Cannot Refund
- Keys that have already been successfully redeemed on a platform
- Change of mind after a key has been viewed or delivered
- Keys purchased in error (wrong game, wrong platform) — please check carefully before buying
- Platform account bans or restrictions that prevent redemption (contact the platform directly)
How to Request a Refund
Email support@swiftkeys.xyz with:
- Your order reference number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot of any error message (if applicable)
We aim to resolve all refund requests within 24 hours. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact Citizens Advice or seek resolution through your card issuer.
