Key Not Working?
Follow these steps — most issues are resolved in under 2 minutes.
Step 1: Check the Platform
Make sure you're activating on the right platform
A Steam key won't work on Epic Games, and vice versa. Check the product page for the platform. The platform is also shown in your key email.
Step 2: Check the Region
Some keys are region-locked
If you're outside the UK/EU and getting a region error, this may be the cause. Check the product description for region restrictions. Contact us and we'll advise.
Step 3: Try Again
Type the key manually if copy/paste fails
Sometimes copy-paste picks up invisible characters. Try typing the key directly, making sure to exclude any spaces at the start or end.
Step 4: Check Platform Status
The platform might be having issues
Check Steam Status or the relevant platform's status page. Activation servers occasionally go down briefly.
