By purchasing from SwiftKeys you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

SwiftKeys is a trading name of Dorset Media Group Ltd, a UK-registered company. We sell digital game activation keys ("Keys") for use on third-party platforms including Steam, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live.

2. Orders & Delivery

All Keys are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

3. Product Nature

Keys are digital products. By proceeding with purchase and receiving your key, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is extinguished upon delivery of a digital product that has been accessed.

4. Refunds

We will replace or refund any Key that is invalid, already used, or does not function as described — provided you have not redeemed the key. Redeemed keys cannot be refunded. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: resell keys purchased from SwiftKeys, use keys for commercial purposes, attempt to circumvent our payment system, or use our service for fraudulent purposes. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for loss of game progress, platform bans, or any consequential damages arising from use of a key.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of SwiftKeys after changes constitutes acceptance.
