Orders & Delivery
How quickly will I receive my key?
Instantly — usually within 30 seconds of payment. Your key is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 minutes.
What email address do you send keys to?
The email address you enter at checkout. Double-check it carefully — we can't redirect keys after purchase if an incorrect address is entered.
Can I order multiple keys?
Yes. You can set the quantity at checkout. Each key is sent in a single email.
Keys & Activation
Are your keys genuine?
Yes, 100%. All keys come from authorised distributors and verified wholesale sources. Every key is tested before listing.
My key isn't working — what do I do?
Contact us at support@swiftkeys.xyz with your order reference and we'll replace it or refund you, no questions asked. See our Key Not Working guide for step-by-step help first.
Which platforms do you sell for?
We stock keys for PC (Steam, Epic, GOG), PlayStation (PS4/PS5), Xbox (One/Series X|S), and Nintendo Switch.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
If you receive an invalid or already-used key, we'll replace it or refund you immediately. We cannot accept refunds for keys that have already been redeemed. See our full Refund Policy.
Is it safe to pay on SwiftKeys?
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — we never see or store your card details. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Do I need an account to buy?
No account needed. Just enter your email at checkout and your key comes straight to your inbox.
